I was very happy to see Araneta Center's giant Christmas Tree again in Cubao, Quezon City. This has been their tradition every year and they have been doing this since 1981! According to their website, this giant Christmas tree stands 100 feet tall and has more than 10,000 lights, hundreds of Stars and Christmas decorations. I really enjoyed taking photos of it.
I discovered that there is a bancheto/mercato surrounding the Christmas tree and their price is really cheaper than than the bancheto in BCG and Ortigas. I had a little food trip. The food was really delicious!!!!
I will be back to this place and have a food trip again!
Gear used: I shot all the photos using Samsung NX300 and 30mm f2.0 lens. This combo is amazing and the lens is very sharp.

Bagnet from Ilocos. They are deep fried pork. So unhealthy but really good with rice.
Thick pizza ala Sbarro but it's cheaper. Only PhP100 per slice.
Fried chicken skin and foot long sausage.
These fried food are really good when dipped in spicy vinegar.
I love this Vigan longganisa (sausage). So good with two cups of rice!
