The camera of 1020 really delivers a jaw-dropping quality for a phone. The sensor produces a lot of detail specially when used during the day with good light. It produces better photos than my old Canon G12. I think it's because of the large sensor (1/1.5-inch).

I tried to push the limits of 1020's sensor. There are some grains in the high ISO shots but I still like it. The result looks film-y to me. All shots are in auto mode JPG. I will use the slow shutter (4 seconds) soon. I have not tried yet processing the DNG (raw file) produced by my 1020.
