Bingsu 빙수 is a Korean shaved ice dessert with sweet toppings such as chopped fruit, condensed milk, fruit syrup or red beans. This snack is highly popular in Korea. This the Korean version of the Philippines' halo-halo. If you like halo-halo you will definitely like bingsu!
I really love Hobing's bingsu! The ice was finely shaved into perfection. It's around PhP200-300. Each serving is good for two people. I was not able to finish one serving alone. So make sure that you share it with you friends.
I highly recommend the place but try to avoid the store during busy hours because you would need to line up and wait for around 30 minutes. I will definitely go back to this place.

Delicious Matcha Bingsu topped with finely chopped almonds, a new flavour in Hobing.
The Glorietta branch has free unlimited unsweetened tea. Perfect after eating the semi-sweet bingsu.
Red bean bingsu.
Mango Cheese Bingsu is one of the best sellers and my personal favourite!
